Content Partnership Agreement<\/b><\/p>\n
This Content Partnership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Intended content creator, referred to as \u201cContent Creator,\u201d and FICUS, a streaming platform owned by Ficus Live Limited, a registered<\/span><\/p>\n company in Nigeria with Registration number RC 1720029, referred to as the<\/span><\/p>\n “Company.”<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Content<\/span><\/p>\n Creator agrees to partner with FICUS for the licensing, distribution, and<\/span><\/p>\n monetization of content created by the content creator<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2a. Direct Sales from FICUS Website and Apps<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n Sharing ratio on moneys generated from streaming\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n FICUS: 30%<\/span><\/p>\n Content Creator: 70%<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2b. Direct Sales from Content Produced by Sister\/Partner Studios<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n Sharing ratio on moneys generated from streaming\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n FICUS: 30%<\/span><\/p>\n Production Company: 20%<\/span><\/p>\n Content Creator: 50%<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2c. Exclusion from Social Media Posts<\/b><\/p>\n For content not produced by the affiliates of Ficus, We are not entitled to any money generated from the content creators Social Media Accounts<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n FICUS reserves the right to reject any content that does not meet its quality standards.<\/span><\/p>\n and content standards.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The regular duration for content to remain exclusively hosted by FICUS is 2<\/span><\/p>\n years, it could be more, but it\u2019s subject to the type of licensing acquired by FICUS.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Agreement can only be terminated by FICUS, and it is at the discretion of<\/span><\/p>\n FICUS to determine the circumstances under which the agreement may be<\/span><\/p>\n terminated.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n
